This traction unit consists of four main components: the power system, the traction carriage, the traveling track, and the automatic synchronization saw. The material-clamping mechanism features crescent‑shaped clamping jaws paired with a rotatable support plate that provides reverse self‑locking; it is hydraulically driven. The traction drive unit employs a servo motor coupled with an advanced planetary gearbox to rotate the spindle gear, which in turn drives the circulating chain on the track, enabling reciprocating linear motion.
This tractor features simple operation, with built-in capabilities to anticipate and automatically prevent incorrect maneuvers, ensuring safe handling. Its one‑button start-up allows operators to become proficient quickly. The machine is equipped with two main traction heads—one above and one below—designated P1 and P2, respectively, and works in tandem with an independent stop saw, P3, to enable seamless, lag‑free material transfer and continuous processing. To begin, the operator feeds the workpiece into the P1 fixture, presses the one‑button start, or, in single‑operator mode, depresses the foot pedal, then waits at the cooling bed for the first piece to be ready. The unit offers three automatic sawing modes—multi‑saw per bar, one saw per multiple bars, and one saw per bar—catering to a wide range of process requirements.Main Technical Parameters
