The long‑bar hot‑shearing production line is an indispensable piece of equipment for extrusion presses in aluminum profile manufacturing. 1. The interior of the heating unit is constructed from high‑temperature‑resistant materials, while the conveyor rollers are made of heat‑resistant cast iron. The drive shaft is crafted from heat‑resistant stainless steel and undergoes heat treatment, ensuring a long service life, resistance to deformation, stable and reliable transmission, excellent thermal insulation, and high thermal conversion efficiency.
2. The furnace wall is equipped with an opening maintenance door, ensuring convenient operation and supporting online inspection and maintenance.

4. The discharge‑port furnace door is pneumatically controlled, offering simple opening and closing, minimizing heat loss, and delivering outstanding energy‑saving performance.
5. The material rack is equipped with inductive sensors that automatically prompt replenishment, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel to monitor it.
6. The hot shear machine relies on a servo motor to precisely control the shearing dimensions, allowing flexible adjustment of aluminum bar cutting specifications to meet the required profile lengths, thereby reducing scrap and increasing the yield of finished products.
7. The hot shear is equipped with an aluminum‑bar return hydraulic cylinder; after each shearing cycle, the remaining aluminum bar can be fed back into the furnace for continuous holding at temperature, ready for the next cut.
