Suitable for use with extruders featuring profile cross‑sections with a maximum width of 480 mm and a maximum height of 350 mm. The online quenching system is equipped with air cooling as well as high‑pressure water spray, mist cooling, and through‑water cooling; air cooling is regulated via a variable‑frequency drive, while water cooling employs a two‑stage control system combining a VFD and a flow‑control valve. The total installation length occupies approximately 15 meters: the front section, measuring 8 meters, integrates air cooling with overlapping high‑pressure water‑mist and through‑water cooling. The effective air‑cooling length is 8 + 6 meters. The unit is divided into upper and lower sections: the upper air box is liftable, the lower water trough is fixed, the front roller frame is adjustable in height, the rear roller frame is fixed, and the discharge table is height‑adjustable, with a single‑side swing amplitude and a lifting range of 200 mm.
