Precautions during operation (including the warnings for the first use)
1. Every reduction case must be poured into corresponding & clean lubricant with proper viscosity (1/3 of the oil level)
2. The primary circuit voltage of every machine and every appliance is A.C.380V, the control circuit one A.C.220V, and the line frequency is 50HZ.
3. The HYD. oil cases in the HYD. finished product saw and the production line must be poured into proper & clean wear resistant HYD. oil with proper viscosity (suggesting the 68# oil).
4. The cooling system in the HYD. finished product saw must be poured into clean cooling emulsion (the ratio of the emulsion to the drinking water is 1∶10).
5. Maintain good lubrication among every drive system such as the guide rail, the chain and the bearing, and every drive surface and every lubricate point must be keep clean.
6. Connect the current wire with every oil pipe, every gas pipe and other tie-ins. Having finished above procedure, check all bolts and other active parts are normal or not.
7. Having confirmed the supply power is normal, start every motor machine, the fan & the oil pump and adjust their rotating direction to make them run normally.
8. Adjust the compressed air pressure and the oil pressure, and then lock the adjusted parts (the cylinder pressure in the finished product saw is adjusted to 0.2~0.3mpa & the oil pump 2~3mpa, and the oil pump in the production line is adjusted to 4~5mpa).
9. At the beginning you must carry out manual control to operate every drive & convey part and check if they run smoothly or not. After confirming every part is normal, you should give them auto control to confirm to the design drawing.
10. According to the use demand, adjust the cooperative time among every machine. Check the saw blade rotates in the right direction or not before the HYD. finished product saw is used (before being operated, you must dot at the split second and check its direction is right or not, or serious accident will rise).
11. Give the foot thread switch-step control to adjust the direction of the saw blade moving up & down is normal or not and to check the cooling water works normally or not.
12. To stop the saw in the initial table you should dot it at split second, meanwhile you should check its direction is right or not & its move is smooth or not.
13. The non-electrode governor gear in the charge table: you must operate first the three-phase asynchronous motor, and then adjust the tachometric potentiometer not at random but gradually. At every stop of the machine, you should reset the tachometric potentiometer to zero, and then stop the three-phase asynchronous motor. The wrong operation will damage easily the governor gear and the governor machine.
14. Don’t round up the gas pressure and the oil pressure at random, otherwise the lifespan of the machine will be shortened.
15. The limit stroke in the HYD. finished product saw and the conveying production line must advance and retreat perfectly. The saw blade of the HYD. finished product saw should be cooled by emulsion. The Tinna and the petroleum are forbidden to use for cooling.
16. The pyrometric felt in the conveying production line can not be sprinkled the liquid such as the water and the oil, otherwise its lifespan will be shortened heavily to result in waste. Furthermore it should not be cut by the sharp things. And the people or other things should not play or slide or be put on it.
17. The pyrometric felt can only endure the range of the designed temperature. If the temp beyond it, the lifespan of the pyrometric felt will be shortened heavily to result in waste.
The maintenance and the daily checking
1. It is the most used fixing way that the bolt and the screw nut match. The good fixing is made during the installation & the debug, but they can be loose with each other especially in the drive part, so the check must be carried out often. If the above problem occurs, it must be solved as soon as possible, otherwise the mechanic parts will be damaged or even the whole machine can not work (the manufacturer suggests the user should put it on the agenda of periodical check & maintenance).
2. The surface of the machine should be kept beautiful and clean, and every part must be checked if it moves or not (the move results generally from the looseness of the screw). Pay especially more attention to every poured oil part in the base of the machine, checking if the poured oil leaks even be dry or not. If so, please solve the malfunction of the leaking, and then pour the clean and corresponding oil. (Above situation is most important to the reduction drive with the cycloid pin).
