MLX style energy-saving die heating furnace is a kind of necessary aluminum extrusion production facility for aluminum manufacturers and enterprises. PRECAUTIONS DRUING OPERATION

(INCLUDING THE WARNINGS WHEN USE FOR THE FIRST TIME)

1. The Mould heating furnace should be fixed on the concrete ground lest causing second distortion.

2. The furnace should be provided separate power supply. Switch And wire should match the power of the furnace to insure the safety.

3. The furnace requires firm wire to connecting the ground for avoiding getting the electric shock.

4. The power supply of die furnace is three looks 4 lines system. alternating current of the power supply is main road 380V±10%, subaltern road intercommunion 220±10% and the frequency is 50HZ.

5. The cooling way of the furnace is water-cooling, please check the cooling situation often.

6. Please fix the furnace far away from the place with flammable, explosive, oily and voltage fluctuates greatly.

7. Please check whether the furnace has been loosed during the transportation after fixing (including the heater, resistance tie-in and the connection of controlling panel). The checking is necessary at the first use.

8. Please fix the furnace and make sure all the mechanical elements is ready before turning the power on. Adjusting the primary temperature to 200°C.(caution: because this is the first use, please drying the water in the furnace with low temperature for protecting the Iron plate outside from out of shape. )

9. The die furnace can be put into production after the water was drying and all machines are proper. Especially we can’t adjust the temperature controller to the temperature we need at one time. We should make the high temperature gradually. We should often check the die temperature to check whether it is same as temperature controller’s temperature. After comparing the temperatures, then rises the temperature gradually until getting the required temperature. Otherwise the temperature difference between actual temperature and controller temperature will damage the dies because of too high temperature. The above is the necessary working procedure when you use the die furnace for the first time. Please pay much attention to these.

SY-MLX ENERGY SAVING DIE FURNACE MAINTENANCE & DAILY INSPECTION

1. Die heating furnace is a kind of high temperature facility, its damage and repair rates are high, so it should be inspected regularly. Try to solve all problem at the beginning and won’t influence the production.

2. The cooling water of die heating furnace cycle blower shouldn’t be short supply. Otherwise the blower bearing will be damaged by high temperature( the die furnace with cycle blower structure should pay much attention to this point).

3. The die is easy to change the characteristic by temperature changes, so we should check the die furnace temperature often to prevent die damaged by too high furnace temperature.

4. The resistance wire is the heating component in die furnace, which is damaged easily, so putting and fetching dies should be carefully.

5. SY-MLX energy saving die furnace can save energy because of the excellent airproof capability and reasonable space structure. When there aren’t too many dies, you can only use one furnace room, when too many dies, you can use 2 or 3 rooms at the same time, so it can save energy.

6. When die furnace resistance wire electrifies but temperature can’t rise, we should turn off the electricity and check in order to prevent trouble.

7. Suggestion: Have strict inspecting gradually, checking temperature, and maintenance rules.
