1、 Summary of long bar hot shear heating furnace:

2、Components of long bar hot shear furnace:

3、 Design characteristic:

3.1 Performance characteristic:

3.1.1 The heating facility interior material is high temperature resistant material, transmission roller is heatproof casting steel, and transmission shaft is heatproof stainless steel after heat treatment. The shape won’t change, has credible transmission, good heat preservation, high thermal efficiency.

3.1.2 In furnace hearth 6-8pcs ofφ120 long bar can be heated at same time with high heating speed, low energy wastage, and can meet process requirements.

3.1.3 There is access door at the side of furnace wall for examining and repair, operating easily.

3.1.4 There is burst proof orifice on the top of furnace. It’s safe for ignition.

3.1.5 Material coming out hole furnace door is controlled by gas, which is easy to open and close, high efficiency and energy saving.

3.1.6 There is sense organ on the material frame, which will remind to add material automatically, no need workers to watch.

3.1.7 The cutting size of the hot shear is controlled by motor, which can shear the bar length by required extrusion length, save material and improve the finished product rate.

3.1.8 The hot shear has aluminum bar withdrawal cylinder, after cutting, which can withdraw the balance in furnace and keep temperature for next time of shearing. Then the aluminum bars always keep meeting the extruding process requirement and reduce the heat wastage.

3.1.9 The sheared aluminum bar will be sent to press without medium working procedure which save time and labor and improve working efficiency and press output.

3.2 Material frame and feeding system

Material frame and feeding system is welded by high quality profiled bar. Storing material frame is designed into bevel so that the aluminum bars will rolled on it by themselves and no need other drive. When alum. Bars should be put into the furnace, the feeding material cylinder will put bars on feeding material roller and send bar in furnace.

3.3 Furnace body Heating furnace’s shell and top part are welded by high quality armor plate and profiled bar, which are very strong, and has high temperature oil paint to proof rust.

3.4 Burning system:

The components of the burning system are 1 set of burning machine imported from Sweden, heat cycle blower, wind transmitting plate, and smoke emission system. Which can keep the pressure in furnace, stable burning and use the heat fully. The cycle blower fan is made of heat resistant stainless steel, which can work for long time under 700℃ safely.
