Housekeeping operation Notice

(Use for the first time)

 

 

1 In order to cushioning and reduce noise, the Aging furnace must be setting on a deep-set cement ground, and a firm location.

2 After locate in a deep-set position, the bottom of the hearth must be covered with insulating brick or other kinds of heat insulating material. The external cordon of the hearth’s bottom shall use cement to close and make it stable.

3 Supply the Aging furnace with independent power source; fix the suited electric wire and power switch to assure using with safety (Please make sure to connect with the ground wire to avoid get an electric shock).

4 The cooling systems of the circulating blower fan and pressuring blower fan must be connected with cooling water.

5 The Aging furnace must be carefully fixed and strictly tested by the manufacturer, some of the screws may loose during transportation sometimes, so it is very necessary to check the screw fixing area again. (For example, the fixing screws in the pedestal of blower fan, blower fan pedestal and hearth door etc).

6 After finish fixing the Aging furnace, please fill the bearings of the circulated blower fan and pressuring blower fan with clear, appropriated viscosity lubricated engine oil (1/3 of the oil level will be enough): please check to see the turning of the blower fan whether it work normally.

7 The power of motor should be in accordance with specified value of thermo relay, the starting time of the blower fan should comply with the starting time of the motor (Y/▲start-up),otherwise, it can not protect the electric motor of the blower fan.

8 It has to go through the cooling water to cool before stare up the blower fan, turn on the oil pipe to start the fuel burning motor, adjust the temperature to 120℃，maintain 6 hours to dry up water in the hearth (such temperature is the first adjusted temperature )

 

1 The Aging furnace can be put into production after finish testing. At this moment, the burning machine can heat up automatically and reach constant temperature.

2 The temperature in the hearth should maintain at the range of 196℃-204℃,time for constant temperature is 150minutes.(The period of time can be according to the manufacturing thickness, specific hardness of the aluminum profiles, just adjusting the temperature properly).

3 After the constant temperature reach the setting time, the alarm bell alarm automatically, the circulated blower fan and the burn pit stop working automatically, please open the door of the furnace to pull the aging items out. (If the items were not pull out in time after the furnace stop working, the hardness of the mechanically property would change)

4 The temperature in the hearth is subjected to the measured temperature by thermometer in the hearth, over temperature is forbidden, otherwise the aluminum profile will be overreached to reject.

5 The temperature in the hearth should be regularly checked, pay more attention to the change of temperature (especially at the start or initial stage )

6 Flammable and explosive items placed near the workplace area is non-permissible.

 

Points of attention of heat preservation and daily use

 

1 Before using the Aging furnace, checking the level of engine oil in the bearing support is necessary, opening the valve of the cooling system at the same time.

2 Check the screw area frequently; avoid the mechanical failure cause by screw loosing.

3 Keep the workplace of the burn pit clean; see the instruction book and Points of attention for it attendance

4 Please make sure the supply voltage of the furnace is in the nominal range when it is working, make sure the fixing screws and wiring screws in the electric device are all right.

5 As the medium between the electric motor and blower fan, the strap may become loose after a period of time working, please pay more attention to it operational aspect

6 Please make the points of attention for the pipe pressuring blower fan (lubrication and cooling) synchronized with the circulated blower fan attendance.

7 Though the constant temperature in the furnace hearth has been set when testing, but in order to avoid the temperature changing caused by temperature controlling watch or thermocouple changing. So it is necessary to check the hearth’s constant temperature regularly.

8 The service temperature of the Aging furnace can't exceed the design temperature; otherwise it may cause reduction of service life or out of service.
